Signature House Achieves Prestigious Gold Standards Framework Award
Celebrations are underway at Signature House following the news that the home has achieved the prestigious Gold Standards Framework (GSF) Quality Hallmark Award with an outstanding score of 73 out of 77.
The Gold Standards Framework is one of the UK's most respected accreditation programmes, recognising organisations that deliver coordinated, compassionate and person-centred care while ensuring residents' wishes remain at the heart of decision-making.
For the team at Signature House, this achievement reflects months of preparation, collaboration and commitment, but more importantly, it recognises the exceptional care, support and experiences that residents and families receive every day.
The assessor's report highlighted many strengths throughout the home, including:

- Strong teamwork across all departments
- Person-centred care that respects individual wishes and preferences
- Excellent support for residents and families
- Personalised care planning tailored to individual needs
- Effective leadership and communication
- Meaningful activities that help residents live well

The report also recognised the whole-home approach adopted at Signature House. From carers and nurses to activities colleagues, maintenance staff and support teams, every colleague plays an important role in supporting residents and families and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
