Callum Pearce
Commissioning Manager
Callum joined Amica Care in 2025 having worked in the care sector since the age of 15.
Although he had originally aspired to become a Police Officer he quickly discovered his true calling was in care where his committment to improving the lives of others has driven a successful and fulfilling career.
At the age of 22 Callum became a Deputy Manager and was soon promoted to Registered Manager. He has successfully managed both residential and dementia care homes demonstrating strong leadership and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in delivery high quality care.
Callum is pursuing a Master's degree in Healthcare Management further solidifying his expertise and commitment to continuous improvement in the care sector.
Outside of work, Callum enjoys all things Marvel, spending quality time with family and exploring new places.
